ADHESIVE PRODUCTS
Simbol Auto Glass uses only Sika brand activator, primer, and urethane.
Every Simbol Auto Glass technician is certified by Sika, which is a worldwide corporation
that has provided the most reliable technical field services in educating
technicians since 1901. All Sika auto glass adhesive systems have been
crash-tested and exceed rigorous federal safety standards. Sika’s reliability
has been proven through millions of successful windshield replacements
MOLDINGS
While certain vehicle moldings can be saved with the installation of a new
windshield, others cannot be saved - especially with the long Michigan
winters that they must endure. Simbol Auto Glass uses factory
replacement moldings from Precision Replacement Parts. Some vehicles
require a molding specifically made for that model. For those vehicles,
there is no alternative but to use that specified molding. For all other
vehicles with rounded corners, Simbol Auto Glass is able to save the customer time and
money by using a universal factory replacement molding called the Gator
Grip. The Gator Grip brand molding is simply the best universal molding
around. It has an exclusive “Super Grip” adhesive system that applies
easily to the windshield. It is also extremely flexible in all climates,
which enables it to hold even the tightest corners.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS
Most people do not think of windshield wipers when they think of safety, nor
do they realize that even a moderate rainfall can reduce driving visibility
by as much as 85%. Worn out windshield wiper blades can only make a bad
situation worse. Simbol Auto Glass stocks Bosch wiper blades from
Precision Replacement Parts for most vehicles, domestic and foreign. These
blades come with an all-steel aerodynamic frame and a pre-installed universal
adapter that fits 99% of applications. This unique adapter allows
